Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we’re unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future!

In the meantime, if your item(s) don’t work out, you can always exchange for another style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic exchanges and returns for store credit are free with Order Protection. Let us know if you need any help, we’ve got you!

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Our friendly virtual chat assistant (just tap the chat button in the bottom right corner) can answer many of your questions. But if you’d rather connect with a real person, email us with any questions, concerns, or feedback, we truly love hearing from our ICONI community!

We’ll get back to you within 48 hours. If you reach out on a Friday, expect a reply by Monday (or possibly sooner). We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to chat!

What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Mistakes happen, let’s fix it together! Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address, and we’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and redelivery fee. Unfortunately, if an order is delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, we won’t be able to offer a refund.

Double-check those details at checkout, and if you need help, reach out ASAP, we’re happy to assist!

When will my order ship?

We don’t like to keep anyone waiting! Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days. During the holiday season and big sales, we may experience slight delays, please allow 3-4 business days for processing during these times.

Here’s what to expect after placing your order:

  • Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is placed.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow its journey.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you're excited to receive your ICONI gear, here’s what to expect:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Priority Shipping: Available for all domestic orders at checkout for faster delivery (additional charge applies).
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the destination and products ordered. An estimated timeframe will be provided at checkout.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide! To check if we deliver to your location, simply enter your shipping details at checkout for availability and pricing.

What if my item is lost, stolen, or damaged?

We know how frustrating this can be, and we’re here to help!

If You Purchased Package Protection: No worries, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional charge.

If You Did Not Purchase Package Protection: Double-check that your shipping address was correct at checkout. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact the delivery carrier to file a claim.

If your package arrives damaged, please email us at wecare@iconi.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The damaged item name
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the damage

Just A Quick Note:

  • Do not return damaged items unless advised by our support team, this helps speed up the resolution.
  • Damage claims must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Refunds, credits, or replacements can only be processed once damage is verified by our team.

Once we have your details, we’ll work quickly to make things right!

Are duties and customs fees included in the purchase cost for international customers?

Yes! If your delivery address is outside the United States (excluding APO, FPO, etc.), duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout, no surprises later!

Since international tariffs can change, we do our best to stay updated. If you ever experience unexpected import fees, please let us know, we’re happy to look into it!

Exchanges & Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your ICONI gear, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s what you need to know:

  • Exchanges & Returns: We accept exchanges and returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed items. To keep things fresh, clothing must be free of pet hair, human hair, lint, or any particles. Items with cut or removed care labels/tags cannot be returned.
  • Inspection: Every item is thoroughly inspected before processing returns or exchanges. If your item doesn’t meet our guidelines, we’ll have to discard it or offer to send it back to you at your expense.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request an exchange or return.
  • Separate Orders: Orders placed separately must be returned separately.
  • Easy Returns with Re:Do: If you checkout with Re:Do, you get free unlimited exchanges or store credit returns—no hassle! If you didn’t use Re:Do, you can still return your item by purchasing a discounted shipping label through our portal, saving you time and money.
